Put the aluminium profile into Cutting machine, we use CNC cutting machines to make sure of the dimension would be rarely wrong.

Machining Processing

Do kinds of processing which include drilling hole, tapping, countersunk head, bending, etc.

Surface Treatment

To make the hinge’s surface more beautiful, will do washing, polishing, even powder coating, oxidation, etc.

Assembly

The last step is to assembly all parts of hinges with fittings, then packing.
